All Sales Final

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, or that the product will meet your expectations. Please follow the return instructions below, should you have received a damaged, defective, or misprinted item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is misprinted, defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact Hailey Jo Art within 7 days of delivery. If you fail to contact Hailey Jo Art within 7 days of delivery regarding damaged, misprinted, or incorrect prints, you may not return your print and you will not receive a replacement. If proper notification is made, Hailey Jo Art will be in communication with you regarding your return instructions and replacement. Refunds can not be offered, as the printing services are supplied by a third party, Printful, which has a no refund policy. Claims deemed an error on Printfuls part (damage, defect, or misprint) are covered at Printful’s expense.

Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Custom Items

Custom items such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
